  They never finished my kitchen or stopped my conservatory from leaking. I called in a neighbour (who is a decorator) who was assured he would be paid if he finished off the decorating. Over a year later he is still waiting to be paid. Steve Loonie will not speak to us or answer our recorded delivery letters. I am appauled with the customer service and stress caused considering I parted with so much money.
  I will never be able to speak well of this company and regret the day I ever ran into them.
